IB rules only allow one round of written feedback on a draft IA — no edits, no corrections, and nothing further once the final version is submitted with its signed coversheet. A tracker for this needs to protect you as much as it tracks the student.

You may give one round of written feedback on a draft. You may not edit or correct the work itself. Once a student submits the final version with the signed coversheet, no further feedback is permitted — by anyone, on anything. A tracker's real job is making sure you have a clear, dated record that this line was respected.
When a student isn't on track, the useful record isn't just "spoke to them" — it's what issue was identified, what action was taken, whether the IB coordinator was notified, and what the agreed next steps were. This is the paper trail that protects both of you if a deadline is missed or an extension is needed later.
Fresh Start Planner builds this exact structure — status, session log and intervention log per student — alongside TOK, EE supervision, CAS and predicted grades, all in one private DP workspace.
