Every MYP subject is assessed against four criteria, A through D — but "A" doesn't mean the same thing in Sciences as it does in Language Acquisition. A generic four-box template misses this entirely.

Set your subject group once, and every criterion label, every grade entry, and every report should read correctly from that point on — not generic "Criterion A" text that you have to mentally translate every time. This matters most when you teach more than one subject group and switch between classes in the same day.
The most useful version of this isn't just a grade per criterion — it's which criteria each unit actually assesses, so you can see across a year whether every criterion has genuinely been covered at least twice, as MYP requires, rather than discovering a gap in June.
Fresh Start Planner sets your subject group once and carries the correct criteria labels through your grade book, unit plans and reports — alongside DP, Cambridge, Edexcel and AP tools in the same workspace.
